From being sent to Winchester (a top public school) at 13 to not being able to getting into University.

From learning to sell at Britain’s notorious version of ‘The Wolf of Wall Street’ in the City to building a direct sales business in Chelsea of more than 1,000 people by the age of 25.

Alex became fascinated with what made people succeed, what differentiated the people who peak perform to those people who just ‘get by'.  So, in 1991, Alex flew to Los Angeles to convince (at that time) America’s two top motivational gurus; Anthony Robbins and Stephen Covey (7 Habits fame) to let him become their exclusive Promoter in Europe.

Understanding the affect and power of developing peoples mindset and mental toughness, Alex started what became the UK’s largest mindset and training company with a 100 staff and a turnover of £20m plus.
